Due to the intimate nature of the products offered by BH Goddess/Athena’s Home Novelties, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Motorized products are guaranteed for 30 days for a replacement of the same item only. No refunds are given.

If you attended a home party and received a defective product, please contact your Athena’s distributor ~ BH Goddess to coordinate your even exchange.

If you purchased through our website and received a defective product, please contact BH Goddess for instructions to send back your item for a replacement. Our Customer Care Liaison can be reached during business hours, Monday – Friday Email: bhgoddess@gmail.com

All defective product returns to Athena’s Home Novelties must be accompanied by a return-authorization number (RA) which can only be obtained by reaching out to BH Goddess.
